WHAT: HBES Hound Dog Hoedown

 WHEN: Friday, September 19, 2025 | 4:30pm - 7:00pm

 WHERE: The event will be held on the back playground/field. In the event of bad weather, event date will be rescheduled. 

 ENTRANCE COST: Admission is FREE. Preorder tickets for your kids to participate in carnival-like games and other activities at the event. Axe throwing inflatable, dunk tank, mini golf, facepaint, photo booth, and much more... 

(Additional tickets will be available at the event. Preorder to avoid lines.)

 FOOD:  Preorder dinner from Marco’s pizza and Waldo’s chicken. Easy pick-up from our food tent when you arrive. (A very limited amount of Waldo’s/Marco’s will be available for purchase at the event).

Snacks and drinks will be available to purchase at the event. 

 SILENT AUCTION:  Our biggest silent auction ever! 

Exciting items and experiences to be featured, fun for both kids and adults. Silent Auction Link will go live on 9/15. Be on the lookout for previews of what to expect!
