IMPORTANT DETAILS:

 WHAT: HBES Family Fun Night: Join us for a 🚜🐄 Hound Dog Hoe Down!

 WHEN: Thursday, September 26th from 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM (*Same night as the HBES Book Fair & Glow Show!)

 WHERE: The event will be held in the HBES bus loop outside and the cafeteria. In the event of bad weather, we will move indoors but keep on this date. 

 ENTRANCE COST: The entrance to the event will be near the flag pole! Admission is $5 per child / preschool sibling (parents are FREE) /  with a maximum charge of $15 per family. Pre-purchase entry wristbands now! Or, you many purchase at the *entrance! There will be an entry line for those that prepurchase arm bands.  This or cash is the fastest way to enter.  We will also have a card line. 

 FOOD:  Chick-Fil-A, Marco's Pizza and Kona Ice! Drinks and snacks will be available for $1 each at the PTO Snack Stand.

Wristbands include access to inflatables, bake walk, mini golf, and more! 

Bring CASH for: Food Tents (cash is faster; cards sometimes accepted), Spirit Wear HBES merchandise sale (cash, check and credit cards ARE accepted), Drink sales (a steal at $1 each, cash only), Dunk tank tickets ($5 for three chances!) Also don't forget to BID on your kids' favorite teachers and staff in the **FEATURE THE TEACHER online auction!
